Delivery Policy - COVID-19 Updated

How will the delivery times of my order be affected?  

We are keeping in close contact with our suppliers to understand the impacts to their delivery networks. As our suppliers are internationally based, shipments overseas may take slightly longer than our usual shipping times (7-20 working days) stated across our website, due to the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak. We will do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
We apologise for the inconvenience, but we hope that you understand that the health and safety for every individual is our top priority right now. 

General Shipping Information  

For the majority of our products, delivery can range from 7-20 working days depending on your location as we ship worldwide (this may be delayed due to the pandemic outbreak as stated above). However, for some of our exclusive products, shipping is reduced to 3-5 working days, at an expense (which will be made clear in the product's description). 
Shortly after you've placed your order you should receive an email giving you an ID tracking number to track your item. You should receive this email within 72 hours after placing your order. 

Please note that the delivery time may be subject to change, and may differ from what is stated above, depending on your location. This is because our suppliers for the majority of our products are internationally based.
